Bailey Glen is a contemporary dance artist based in Naarm, Melbourne. He began his formal training in 2015, when he was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where he completed his Diploma of Elite Performance (Dance), and then continued his training at Transit Dance in 2017. During this time, he performed in productions such as Storm directed by Tara Samaya and Unconsecrated Grounds directed by Daniel Jaber.

After graduating, Bailey joined Scimm. Dance Company in 2018, where he was promoted to Senior Artist in 2023. Bailey has performed in production seasons such as Senseless State (20180, Aethurium (2019), Paracosm (2022) and Mechostra (2023, 2024).
